A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SALARY RANGE
#45 AS SET FORTH IN THE EXECUTIVE PAY
PLAN SUBMITTED BY YARGER AND ASSOCIATES,
INC., DATED FEBRUARY 28, 1973 FOR THE
ASSISTANT TO THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPART-
MENT OF LAW.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. A salary range is hereby established for
the Assistant to the Director of the Department of Law as
that as set out in Resolution No. 73-226, passed and adopted
on - the 22nd day of March, 1973, for Assistant City Attorneys,
anca is extended to include the maximum step in salary range
45 as set out in the Executive Pay Plan submitted by Yarger
and Associates, Inc., dated February 28, 1973.
