RESOLUTION NO. 73-226
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF SALARY RANGE #35 THROUGH #37 AND TO
INCLUDE #43 AS MAXIMUM RANGE FOR ASSISTANT
CITY ATTORNEYS PRESENTLY IN THE UNCLASSIFIED
SERVICE AS CONTAINED IN PAY SURVEY REPORT
OF YARGER AND ASSOCIATES, INC. DATED
JANUARY 29, 1973, INCLUDING THE PROVISIONS
OF RESOLUTION NO. 73-235 PASSED AND
ADOPTED MARCH 22, 1973.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. A salary range beginning at Range #35
and continuing through Ranges #37 and #43 and ending at
the maximum step in Range #43 as a Range for Assistant
City Attorneys presently in the unclassified service,
as contained in pay survey report of Yarger and Associates,
Inc., dated January 29, 1973, including the provisions
of Resolution No. 73-235 passed and adopted March 22,
1973, is hereby established.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of March, 1973.
