A RESOLUTION GRANTING THE APPLICATIONS
SET FORTH HEREIN FOR THE REPLACEMENT
AND TRANSFER OF CERTIFICATES OF PUBLIC
CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
