A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT
OF $3,889. FROM THE PUIBLIC PARK &
RECREATIONAL FACILITIES BOND FUND,
WHEN AVAILABLE; ACCEPTING THE BID OF
FENCE MASTERS, INC. AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO ISSUE A PURCHASE
ORDER IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,472. FOR
MOORE PARK RUNNING TRACK - FENCING
- 1973
WHEREAS, bids were received March 16, 1973 for MOORE
PARK RUNNING TRACK - FENCING - 1973; and
WHEREAS, the City ManaE:er reports that the 4 3,14 7 2 . bid
of Fence Masters, Inc., is the lowest bid (acceptable); and
WHEREAS, funds can be allocated from the Public Park &
Recreational Facilities Bond Fund, when available.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED EY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section I. That, when funds become available, the
amount :f ,3,0d`�. be and tine same i:' hereby allocated from the
Public Park & Recreational Fac_lities Pond Fund.
Section 2. That the $3,472. bid submitted by Fence
Masters Inc., under date of March la, 197J namely Alternate
Bid 1 of the Proposal be, ana _i`; Is hereby accepted.
Section 3. That the City ManaF;er be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to issue a Purchase Order to Fence ?Masters
Inc., in the amount of $3j472. for MOORE PARK RUNNING TRACK -
FENCING - 1973.
