FROM THE ACCOUNT ENTITLED "CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND - UNALLOCATED FUNDS"; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT THEREFOR WHEREAS, bids were received March 1, 1973 for the MOTOR POOL NO. 1 - TRUCK PAINT SHOP ADDITION - 1973; and WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $ 45,783. are available for additional allocation from the account entitled "Capital Improvement Fund - Unallocated Funds"; and WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of Biscayne Construction, Inc. _ is the lowest bid (acceptable) and recommends that contract be awarded to said company. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the bid of Ricraynp Cnnsrruct•ion, received March 1, 1973 for the MOTOR POOL NO. 1 - TRUCK PAINT SHOP ADDITION - 1973, namely Base Bid of Proposal, based on lump sum bid, at a total estimated cost of $_ 89,966. be accepted. Section 2. That the additional amount of $ 45,783. be allocated from the account entitled "Capital Improvement Fund - Unallocated Funds". Section 3. That the City Manager be authorized and directed to enter into a contract in behalf of the City of Miami for the MOTOR POOL NO. 1 - TRUCK PAINT SHOP ADDITION - 1973.
