A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID RECEIVED MARCH 2,
1973 OF ROSSER ELECTRIC COMPANY, INC,
IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $ 12,947.10 FOR
THE MIAMARINA RESTAURANT - LIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS -
1973; ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF $ 14 500.
FROM THE ACCOUNT ENTITLED "CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
FUND - UNALLOCATED FUNDS"; AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT THEREFOR
WHEREAS, bids were received March 2, 1973 for the
MIAMARINA RESTAURANT - LIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS - 1973; and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $ 14,500. are
available for allocation from the account entitled "Capital
Improvement Fund - Unallocated Funds"; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
RQser Electric Company, Incin the amount of $ 12,947.10 is
the lowest bid (acceptable) and recommends that contract be
awarded to said company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of ROSSER ELECTRIC COMPANY,INC.
received March 2, 1973 for the MIAMARINA RESTAURANT - LIGHTING
IMPROVEMENTS - 1973, namely Base Bid of Proposal,
based on lump sum bid, at a total estimated cost of $ 12,947.10
be accepted.
Section 2. That the amount of $ 14,500.00 be allocated
from the account entitled "Capital Improvement Fund - Unallocated
Funds".
Section 3. That the City Manager be authorized and directed
to enter into a contract in behalf of the City of Miami for the
MIAMARINA RESTAURANT - LIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS - 1973.
