RESOLUTION NO. 73 " /94
A RESOLUTION SELECTING A NEWSPAPER IN WHICH
THE NOTICE OF SALE OF CERTIFICATES ISSUED
BY THE CITY OF MIAMI FOR DELINQUENT SPECIAL
IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENT LIENS SHALL BE
PUBLISHED.
WHEREAS, the State law provides that a newspaper
in which the notice of sale of certificates for delinquent
special improvement assessment liens shall appear shall be
selected by the City Commission:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That

a newspaper of general circulation in Miami, Dade County,
be designated as the newspaper in which the notice shall be
published concerning the sale of certificates issued by the
City of Miami for delinquent special improvement assessment
liens on real property.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 002Z day of March, 1973.
