A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE HIGHWAY RIGHT OF WAY
DEED EXECUTED BY THE NATIONAL PARKINSON FOUNDA-
TION, INC. CONVEYING FOR HIGHWAY WIDENING A
STRIP OF LAND ALONG N.W. 9 AVENUE BETWEEN N.W.
15 AND N.W. 17 STREET; AND DIRECTING THE PROPER
OFFICIALS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO RECORD SAID
DEED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY.
WHEREAS, an additional 5 feet of land is needed along
the East side of N.W. 9 Avenue between N.W. 15 and N.W. 17
Street to bring the avenue to its fully zoned width, and
WHEREAS, the National Parkinson Foundation, Inc. has
executed and delivered to the City a Highway Right -of -Way
Deed for the required 5-foot dedication, and
WHEREAS, it is now in order for the City Commission to
accept the aforesaid Highway Right -of -Way Deed and to have
it recorded in the Public Records of Dade County,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The February 20, 1973 Highway Right -of -Way
from National Parkinson Foundation, Inc. for a 5-foot strip
of land along the easterly side of N.W. 9 Avenue between N.W.
15 and 17 Streets be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
Section 2. The proper officials of The City of Miami
be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to record
the aforesaid Highway Right -of -Way Deed in the Public Records
of Dade County after affixing thereon the following, as re-
quired by State Law:

accepted and approved this day of
