RESOLUTION NO. 73 ". ,
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FROM LETEA
INGLE, A WIDOW, A GRANT OF EASEMENT
FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES AT THE WESTERLY
CORNER OF THE SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY AND
S.W. 31ST ROAD, AS MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED IN THE ATTACHED GRANT OF
EASEMENT; AND DIRECTING THAT THE PROPER
OFFICIALS RECORD IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS
OF DADE COUNTY SAID GRANT OF EASEMENT
AFTER IMPRINTING THEREON A PROPER
CERTIFICATE.

WHEREAS, Letha Ingle has petitioned the City
of Miami to close and abandon the ten -foot public utility
easement shown on the plat of INGLE PLAZA; and
WHEREAS, Letha Ingle has agreed to grant to the
City of Miami a ten -foot public utility easement along
the southeasterly boundary of her property, as more
particularly described in the Grant of Easement for
Public Utilities; and
WHEREAS, Florida Power & Light Company, Southern
Bell Telephone and Telegraph Company, Florida Gas Company
and the City of Miami Department of Water and Sewers are
agreeable to the relocation of the aforementioned ten -foot
easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Grant of Easement for Public
Utility purposes, as executed by Letha Ingle, a widow,
in the property located at the westerly corner of the South
Dixie Highway and S.W. 31st Road in return for the City's
agreement to abandon and discontinue another easement, both

easements both particularly described in said Grant of
Easement attached hereto and by reference made a part
hereof be, and thesame is, hereby accepted.
Section 2. That the proper officials of the
City of Miami be and they are hereby directed to record
the Grant of Easement after. imprinting thereon the
following certificate as required by law:

GRANT OF EASEMENT
FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES
THIS INDENTURE, made this ::;7 - ~n day ofA.D. 1973
between LETHA INGLE, a widow, of the County of Dade, in the State
df Florida, party of the first part, and THE CITY OF MIAMI, a
municipal corporation of the County of Dade, in the State of
Florida, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, That said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good
and valuable considerations, to her in hand paid by said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby grant, give and convey to the party of the second
part, its successors and assigns, forever, a permanent easement
for the purpose of constructing, laying and maintaining PUBLIC
UTILITIES through, over, across and under the surface of the
following described land, situated in The City of Miami, County
of Dade and State of Florida, to -wit:
The southeasterly 10 feet of the northwesterly 50
feet of Lot 4, Block 3, ADAMS PLAZA ADDITION,
according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 42, at Page 42, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
SHOULD the above easement be abandoned or discontinued by
operation of law or otherwise, the said easement shall cease and
revert to the GRANTOR herein, her heirs or assigns.
WITNESSETH, that said party of the second part for and in_
consideration of the party of the first part, granting, giving,
and conveying the above described easement to the party of the
second part by the said party of the first part, does hereby
agree to and by this section of this instrument accepts the
