RESOLUTION NO. 73 /7
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED
WORK OF JOE REINERTSON EQUIPMENT CO.
FOR THE LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER FORCE
MAIN AND PUMP STATION AT.A TOTAL COST
OF $167,678.00 AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL
PAYMENT OF $23,412.50.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated April-14,
1972, between the City of Miami and Joe Reinertson
Equipment Co.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Joe Reinertson Equipment Co. has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor, materials,
etc., have been paid in full in connection with the
aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made
to Joe Reinertson Equipment Co.; -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the completed work performed
by Joe Reinertson Equipment Co., under contract dated
April 14, 1972 for the LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER FORCE
MAIN AND PUMP STATION be accepted at a total cost of
$167 , 678.00 .
Section 2. That the proper officials of the
City of Miami be authorized and directed to pay Joe Reinertson

Co. a balance of $23,412.50 as full and final payment
for all work performed and all materials furnished in
connection with the contract for LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER
FORCE MAIN AND PUMP STATION.
