A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE PRELIMINARY
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR CONSTRUCTION OF N.E.
67TH STREET SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-5348-C (CENTERLINE SEWER) IN N.E.
67TH STREET SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT SR-5348-C (CENTERLINE SEWER),
AND REMOVING ALL PENDING LIENS FOR THIS
IMPROVEMENT NOT CERTIFIED HEREBY.
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami,
met on the 22nd day of March, 1973, pursuant to due legal
notice of saidmeeting under Section 56 of the City Charter,
to receive all written objections to the confirmation of
the preliminary assessment roll for the cost of N.E. 67
STREET SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5348-C (centerline
sewer) in N.E. 67 STREET SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-5348-C (centerline sewer) on the following street:
N.E. 67 Street between N.E. 1 Avenue
and N.E. 2 Avenue; and
WHEREAS, no objections thereto by any person
interested in, or affected by, said assessments were
sustained by the Commission, and said assessment roll
appeared, in all respects, regular and in accordance with
the requirements and provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami; and
WHEREAS, the smallest size sewer main pipe used
in the construction of this improvement is 10-inch pipe;
however, in accordance with the City Charter, the property
owners were assessed only for the cost of an 8-inch sewer
pipe as estimated by the City Manager;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:

Section 1. That the prima facie assessments, as
apportioned and indicated in the preliminary assessment roll
for N.E. 67 STREET SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5348-C
(centerline sewer) in N.E. 67 STREET SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT SR-5348-C (centerline sewer) be, and they are
hereby, in all things, confirmed and sustained against any
and all lots or parcels of ground described therein.
Section 2. That the sums and amounts assessed
against each of the lots or parcels of ground in said
preliminary assessment roll are less than the amount that
each of the said lots or parcels of ground is especially
benefited by said improvement, and that such amounts are
in proportion to the special benefits that the property
received.
Section 3. That the total assessable cost of
the said N.E. 67 STREET SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-5348-C (centerline sewer) in N.E. 67 STREET SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5348-C (centerline sewer)
in the amount of $7,846.76 be, and the same is hereby,
approved and confirmed.
Section 4. That any pending lien in N.E. 67
STREET SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5348-C
for sanitary sewer improvements not appearing in the

preliminary assessment roll and not certified hereby
be, and the same is, hereby cancelled and removed.
