HomeMy WebLinkAboutO-08150ORDINANCE NO. 8150 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.8133 PASSED AND ADOPTED JANUARY 25,1973 TO EXTEND THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF SAID ORDINANCE TO MARCH 26,1973; DECLARING THIS ORDINANCE TO BE AN EMERGENCY MEASURE AND DIS- PENSING WITH THE REQUIREMENT OF READING THE SAME ON TWO SEPARATE DAYS BY A VOTE OF NOT LESS THAN FOUR - FIFTHS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That Ordinance No.8133 passed and adopted on January 25,1973, be amended to provide that the effective date thereof be extended to :March 26,1973. Section 2. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure on the ground of urgent public need for the preservation of peace, health, safety and property in the City of Miami. Section 3. That the requirement of reading this ordinance on two separate days be and it hereby is dispensed with by a vote of not less than four -fifths of the members of the Commission. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of March, 1973.
