A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI AND
THE INTER'AMERICAN CENTER AUTHORITY, A COPY
OF WHICH AGREEMENT IS ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE
A PART HEREOF BY REFERENCE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION. OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
That the City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby
directed to execute an agreement between the City of Miami
and the Inter American Center Authority, a copy of which
agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of March,1973.
