A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO TAKE AN APPEAL TO THE FEDERAL
GOVERNMENT IN THE MATTER OF RETROACTIVE PAY
FOR CITY EMPLOYEES PURSUANT TO THE PAY SURVEY
REPORT SUBMITTED BY YARGER AND ASSOCIATES,
AND ACCEPTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 73-173, PASSED
AND ADOPTED THIS DATE; SAID APPEAL TO ENCOMPASS
THE PORTION OF TIME BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1972
THROUGH JANUARY 10, 1973
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
That the City Manager be, and he is, hereby authorized
and directed to take an appeal to the Federal Government in
the matter of retroactive pay for City Employees pursuant to the
pay survey report submitted by Yarger and Associates, and ac-
cepted by Resolution No. 73-173, passed and adopted this date;
said appeal to encompass the portion of time beginning Ocotber 1,
1972 through Jsnuary 10, 1973.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 8th day of March, 1973.
