RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE
COMPLETED WORK OF FLORIDA CONCRETE
CONTRACTORS FOR THE CITY HALL -
SANITARY SEWER MODIFICATIONS -
1972 AT A TOTAL COST OF $11,466.31
AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF
$1,377.93.

WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated
November 27,1972 between the City of Miami and Florida
Concrete Contractors; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily
completed and Florida Concrete Contractors has furnished
the required documents certifying that all bills for
labor, materials, etc., have been paid in full in
connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works
recommends that the completed work be accepted and final
payment made to Florida Concrete Contractors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Completed work performed by
Florida Concrete Contractors under contract dated
November 27, 1972 for the CITY HALL - SANITARY SEWER
MODIFICATIONS - 1972 is hereby accepted at a total cost
of $11,466.31.

Section 2. The proper officials of the City
of Miami are hereby authorized and directed to pay Florida
Concrete Contractors a balance of $1,377.93 as full and
final payment for all work performed and all materials
furnished in connection with the contract for the CITY
HALL - SANITARY SEWER MODIFICATIONS - 1972.
