City of Miami, at its meeting on January 22, 1973, - assed

Section 1. That the apilication for a variance. from
Ordinance No. 6871, Article X-1, Section 5, to 1.ermit con-

same is hereby granted, subject to site plan approval by
the Planning Department as to landscaping.
Section 2. This variance shall become null and void
unless the use is commenced within six months of the
effective date of this Resolution. Extension may be granted
by the City Manager pursuant to the F:rovisions of Article
XXXI, Section 4, of Ordinance No. 6871.
