A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLUTION
NO. 73-67 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
ADVERTISE FOR SEALED BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUC-
TION OF BISCAYNE EAST HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4357 IN BISCAYNE EAST HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT H-4357
WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of January 25,
1973 Resolution No. 73-67 was passed which ordered a highway
improvement identified as BISCAYNE EAST HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4357, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hearing
was held before the City Commission on February 22, 1973 as
to any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No.
73-67, which ordered BISCAYNE EAST HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4357,
and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said
highway improvement were sustained by the Commission, it
is, therefore, in order for the Commission to confirm said
ordering resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise
for sealed bids for the construction of said Improvement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordering Resolution 73-67 dated January 25,
1973 which ordered BISCAYNE EAST HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4357
is hereby confirmed.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to
advertise for sealed bids for the construction of BISCAYNE
EAST HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4357.
