A RESOLUTION RENEWING THE CONTRACTS OF FLORIDA
DUST CONTROL SERVICE, INC. FROM MARCH 1, 1972
TO FEBRUARY 29, 1973 FOR FURNISHING DUST CONTROL
ITEMS FOR ONE YEAR AT THE SAME TERMS AND CON-
DITIONS OF THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT AND OF NATIONAL
LINEN SERVICES FROM MARCH 1, 1972 TO FEBRUARY 28,
1973 FOR FURNISHING RENTAL LINEN ITEMS FOR ONE
YEAR AT THE SAME TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE
ORIGINAL CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, Florida Dust Control Service, Inc. has a con-
tract from March 1, 1972 to February 28, 1973 for furnishing
dust control items and National Linen Services has a con-
tract from March 1, 1972 to February 28, 1973 for furnishing
rental linen items; and
WHEREAS, these contracts are renewable for one (1) year
by mutual consent, at the same terms and conditions; and
WHEREAS, Florida Dust Control Service, Inc. and National
Linen Services have agreed to the extension of these con-
tracts on the same terms and conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The contract of Florida Dust Control
Service, Inc. from March 1, 1972 to February 28, 1973 for
furnishing dust control items is hereby extended for the one
(1) year period March 1, 1973 to February 28, 1974 at the
same terms and conditions of the original contract.
Section 2. The contract of National Linen Services
from March 1, 1972 to February 28, 1973 for furnishing rental
linen items is hereby extended for the one (1) year period
March 1, 1973 to February 28, 1974 at the same terms and
