THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE; DECLAFU1'JC:
THIS ORDINANCE TO I3E AN EMERGENCY MEASURE AND DIS-
PENSING WITH THE REQUIREMENT OF READING THE SAM
ON TWO SEPARATE DAYS BY A VOTE OF NOT LESS THAN
FOUR -FIFTHS OF THE NJ T ERS OF THE COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Planning Board meeting held 11:,.
22nddaY of Jan., 1973 , passed and adopted its Resolution No. 73-19:
recommending an arr.enc:rncnt to the Coml,rehcusive Zoning Orcllnancr: No. 6671,
to provide for certain changes and corrections an the Zoning Distri. i Mat.:,
and/or typographical. errors to the text of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordi.a'.,.• .;
and
WHEREA..25, during; the: lurinat;ozn of and subsequent amendinents to
the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, there occurred mechanical and drafting
errors to certain sheets of the At1ae and typographical errors to the text;
and
WHEREAS, certain public projects have been initiated and completed
during the interval of link transpiring since the printing of the last modifications
to the Atlas; and
WHEREAS, the Commission deems it advisable in the interest of the
general welfare of the City of Miami to make the recommended changes to tbebe
sheets;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MLAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 6871 is hereby amended to pro'- tle for
corrections on the Zoning District Maps aud,'• text of the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance as follows;

32 Correct N. E. 14 Street and N. E. North Bayshore Drive as
developed.
36 Correct to indicate all rights -of -way rossing the F. E. C.
Railroad right-of-way.
37 Correct bay fill to the bulkheadline as built.
40 Correct S. W. 21 Street between S. W. 31 Court and S. W.
32 Averm a as developed.
45 Correct a zoreline as filled, John T. Peacock Est. at South
Bayshore Drive and Kirk Street.

Section 1 (b) and (c), correct Article XXVII to Article XXVIII.
Section 6, correct lot coverage percentage to agree with
Ordinance #7508 - 200. 1 feet to 210. 0 feet, 11%.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed insofar as they are in conflict.
Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
measure on the ground of urgent public need for the preservation of peace, health,
safety and property in the City of Miami.
Section 4. That the requirement of reading this ordinance on two sepa-
rate days is hereby dispensed with by a vote of not less than four -fifths of the
Members of the Commission.

AN ORDINANCE TO A1vMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6871, OTHER-
WISE KNOWN AS THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MLAMI, FLORIDA, TO PROVIDE FOR CER-
TAIN CHANGES AND CORRECTIONS ON THE ZONING DISTRICT
MAPS AND/OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS IN THE TEXT OF
THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE; DECLARING
THIS ORDINANCE TO BE AN EMERGENCY MEASURE AND DIS-
PENSING WITH THE REQUIREMENT OF READING THE SAME
ON TWO SEPARATE DAYS BY A VOTE OF NOT LESS THAN

and

of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance
The Miami Planning Board, at its meeting of January 22, 1973, Item
#8. following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. 73-19
by an 8 to 0 vote (one member absent), recommending consideration
of an Amendment to Ordinance No. 6871, to provide for certain
changes and corrections on the ZONING DISTRICT MAPS and/or text
of the COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE of the City of Miami.
The attached ORDINANCE to provide for this Ordinance Amendment has
been forwarded to the City Attorney's office and submitted for
approval of the City Commission.
