A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CONTRACT OF
MONTAGUE ROSENBERG AS SPECIAL COUNSEL
FOR THE CITY OF MIAMI UP TO MIDNIGHT
FEBRUARY 4, 1973, SUBJECT TO THE TERMS
AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN HIS CONTRACT
WITH THE CITY OF MIAMI COMMENCING
OCTOBER 1, 1972.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
Section 1. The contract with MONTAGUE ROSENBERG as
Special Counsel for the City of Miami commencing October 1,
1972, is hereby extended up to midnight February 4, 1973.
Section 2. MONTAGUE ROSENBERG is to be reimbursed
at the same rate as outlined in the contract described in
Section 1 for his services as Special Counsel up to midnight
February 4, 1973.

Section 3. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized and directed to make available and
provide the necessary funds for disbursement in conformity with
the contract aforesaid.
