All interested persons will take notice that
the City Commission of Miami, Florida, will hold
a public hearing at 3:30 o'clock P.M. on Thurs-
day, January 25, 1973, for the purpose of
rescinding the City of Miaras existing policy
that there be no further filling of submerged
lands in Bayfro t Park in' -order to permit filling
of certain baybottom lands in Bayfront Park for
landscaping piirpbses only.
