RESOLUTION NO. J 3
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CONTRACT OF
MONTAGUE ROSENBERG AS SPECIAL COUNSEL
FOR THE CITY OF MIAMI FOR A PERIOD OF
THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM JANUARY 1, 1973,
SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SET FORTH IN HIS CONTRACT WITH THE
CITY OF MIAMI COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 1972.
WHEREAS, MONTAGUE ROSENBERG, Attorney -at -Law, has been
continuously rendering legal services to the City of Miami
under his contract as Special Counsel to the City of Miami
commencing October 1, 1972 and terminating December 31, 1972;
and
WHEREAS, since January 1, 1973, through inadvertence,
MONTAGUE ROSENBERG has not been carried on the payroll, and
the City Attorney recommends that MONTAGUE ROSENBERG's legal
services be continued under said contract and said contract
be extended for a period of thirty (30) days commencing
January 1, 1973, and that MONTAGUE ROSENBERG be reimbursed
at the same rate as outlined in the contract aforesaid for
his services as Special Counsel to the City of Miami since
January 1, 1973;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the contract with MONTAGUE ROSENBERG
as Special Counsel for the City of Miami commencing October 1,
1972 and terminating December 31, 1972, be and the same is
hereby extended for thirty (30) days commencing January 1,
1973.

Section 2. That MONTAGUE ROSENBERG is to be reimbursed
at the same rate as outlined in the contract described in
Section 1 hereof for his services as Special Counsel to the
City of Miami since January 1, 1973.
Section 3. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized and directed to make available and
provide the necessary funds for disbursement in conformity
with the contract aforesaid.
