RESOLUTION NO. 7�7 ��
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF
FINANCE TO PAY TO EDUARDO GONZALEZ,
WITHOUT THE ADMISSION OF LIABILITY, THE
SUM OF $50.00, IN FULL AND COMPLETE
SETTLEMENT OF ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AGAINST
THE CITY OF MIAMI, UPON THE EXECUTION OF A
RELEASE RELEASING THE CITY OF MIAMI FROM ALL
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS.
WHEREAS, EDUARDO GONZALEZ filed a claim against the
City of Miami for damage incurred in the amount of $50.00
for property loss resulting from the theft of a stereo tape
player from his automobile while said automobile was
impounded in the City of Miami Auto Pound between July 1st
and July 9th, 1972; and
WHEREAS, this claim has been investigated by the
office of the City Attorney and said office recommends that
this claim be settled for the sum of $50.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he
is hereby authorized to pay to EDUARDO GONZALEZ, without
the admission of liability, the sum of $50.00 in full and
complete settlement of all claims and demands against the
City of Miami, upon the execution of a release releasing
the City of Miami from all claims and demands. �i,.�
