HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-73-00741/4 HY/f l 1/10/72 RESOLUTION NO.7g 75' A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID RECEIVED JANUARY 22, 1973 OF BEN HURWITZa =Ng, , IN THE ESTI- MATED AMOUNT OF $ 2,000.00 FOR THE LUMMUS PARK COMFORT STATION DEMOLITION 1973; ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF $ 2.240i00 FROM THE ACCOUNT ENTITLED "CAPITAL IM- PROVEMENT FUND - UNALLOCATED FUNDS"; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ISSUE A PURCHASE ORDER THEREFOR informal WHEREAS/ bids were received January 22, 1973 for the LUMMUS PARK COMFORT STATION DEMOLITION - 1973/ and WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $ 2,240.00 are avail- able •— able for allocation from the account entitled "Capital Im- provement Fund - Unallocated Funds"; and WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of $en Hurwitz, Inc. , in the amount of $ 2.000.00 is the lowest bid (acceptable) and recommends that contract be awarded to said company; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI , FLORIDA: Section 1. That the bid of )en Hurwitz. Inc. received January 22, 1973 for the LUMMUS PARK COMFORT STATION DEMOLITION - 1973, namely Item 1 of Proposal, based on lump sum bid, at a total estimated cost of $ 2.000,00 , be and the same is hereby accepted. Section 2. That the amount of $ 2,240.00 , is hereby allocated from the account entitled "Capital Improvement Fund - Unallocated Funds". 7.3,7r Section 3. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to issue purchase order on behalf of the City of Miami for the LUMNOS PARK COMFORT STATION DEMOLITION - 1973.
