A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID RECEIVED
JANUARY 11, 1973 OF FLORIDA CONCRETE
CONTRACTORS IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF
$7,579.00 FOR S. E. 15 ROAD SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENT SK-4356 IN S. E. 15 ROAD
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SK-4356;
ALLOCATING THE ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF
$7,489.00 FROM THE SIDEWALK BOND FUND;
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, bids were received January 11, 1973 for S. E.
15 ROAD SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-4356; and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $7,489.00 are available
for a11r.cat1on from the account entitled "Sidewalk Bond
Fund"; and
WHEREAS, the C

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of Florida Concrete Contractors
received January 11, 1973 for S. E. 15 ROAD SIDEWALK IMPROVE-
MENT SK-4356, namely Total Bid of Proposal, based on unit
prices, at a total estimated cost of $7,579.00, be and the
same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That the additional amount of $7,489.00 be
and the same is hereby allocated from the account entitled
"Sidewalk Bond Fund".

and directed to enter into a contract in behalf of the City
of Miami for S. E. 15 ROAD SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-4356
