A RESOLUTION PERMITTING A WALL TO REMAIN AS
ERECTED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SW 17TH
AVENUE AND SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY AT A HEIGHT
OF 7 FEET FROM THE SOUTHERLY LOT LINE TO
EXTEND FOR A DISTANCE OF 66 FEET 2 INCHES,
WITH THE REMAINDER OF THE DISTANCE TO THE
INTERSECTION OF SW 17TH AVENUE THE WALL TO BE
LIMITED TO A HEIGHT OF 3 FEET
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION; OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
That a wall be, and it is, hereby permitted to remain as
erected at the southwest corner of sw 17th Avenue and South
Dixie Highway at a height of 7 feet from the southerly lot line
to extend for a distance of 66 feet 2 inches, with the remainder
of the distance to the intersection of sw 17th Avenue the wall
to be limited to a height of 3 feet.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of January, 1973.
