A RESOLUTION GRANTING A "CONDITIONAL
USE", AS PROVIDED IN ORDINANCE NO. 6871,
ARTICLE V, SECTION 1 (6) (b), TO PERMIT
A PARKING LOT FOR EMPLOYEES' VEHICLES,
ON LOTS 8 AND W 25' OF LOT 7, BLOCK 14,
NORTHERN BOULEVARD TRACT (2-29), LOCATED
AT 658 N. W. 30TH STREET, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH A BUSINESS LOCATED AT 675 N. W. 29TH
STREET, SUBJECT TO THE PROVISION THAT THERE
BE NO OPENING ON N. W. 30TH STREET, ZONED
R-3 (LOW DENSITY MULTIPLE) DISTRICT, SUB-
JECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE CITY'S PARKING
LOT LIGHTING ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board of the
City of Miami, at its meeting held on January 8, 1973,
passed and adopted by a 9 to 0 vote its Resolution
No. 73-4, recommending granting a "conditional use"
as provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article V, Section 1
(6) (b), as hereinafter set forth; and this Commission
deems it advisable to the public convenience and
welfare and finds that the use will not be detrimental
or injurious to the character or the development
of the immediate neighborhood;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the application for a"conditional
use" as provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article V,
Section 1 (6) (b), to permit a parking lot for employees'
vehicles, on Lot 8 and W 25' of Lot 7, Block 14, NORTHERN
BOULEVARD TRACT (2-29), located at 658 N. W. 30th Street,
in conjunction with a business located at 675 N. W. 29th
Street, subject to the provision that there be no opening
on N. W. 30th Street, zoned R-3 (Low Density Multiple
District), be and the same is hereby granted, subject
to compliance with;_the City's parking lot lighting Ordinance.

Section 2. This conditional use shall become
null and void unless the use is commenced within
six months of the effective date of this Resolution.
Upon application, the City Manager may, after review
and determination that substantial progress has been
achieved by the applicant in terms of project planning,
extend the expiration date of the conditional use
for an additional period of time not to exceed one
(1) year. Said extension request shall be filed with
the City Manager two (2) weeks prior to the expiration
date of the initial six (6) months effective period
of the conditional use.

The Miami Planning Board, at its meeting of January 8, 1973, Item
#4, following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. 73-4
by a 9 to 0 vote recommending "Conditional Use" as listed in
Ordinance No. 6871, ARTICLE V, Section 1 (6) (b), to permit park-
ing lot on Lot 8 and W 25' of Lot 7, Block 14, NORTHERN BOULEVARD
TRACT (2-29), located at 658 N. W. 30th Street, for employees'
vehicles, in conjunction with business located at 675 N. W. 29th
Street, with no opening on N. W. 30th Street, and subject to a
revised site plan for review by the Planning Department; zoned
R-3 (Low Density Multiple).
No objections were received in the mail.
A RESOLUTION to provide for this "Conditional Use" has been pre-

tion of the City Commission.
