A RESOLUTION EXTENDING "CONDITIONAL
USE" AS LISTED IN ORDINANCE NO. 6871,
ARTICLE V, SECTION 1 (6) (c), OF
KARKEET SUBDIVISION (43-45) , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE OPERATIONS OF
MIAMY BEACH AIR TRANSPORT, INC.,
BEING THE SOUTH SIDE OF N. W. 11TH
STREET WEST OF LEJEUNE ROAD,
ZONED R-3
(LOW DENSITY MULTIPLE), AS PREVIOUSLY
GRANTED BY RESOLUTION NO.43155 ON
JANUARY 20, 1972, FOR A PERIOD OF ONE
(1) YEAR; GRANTING AN EXTENSION FOR
46) six MONTHS -AND PROVIDING FOR A
REVIEW BY THE CITY COMMISSION AT
THAT TIME
WHEREAS, the City Commission on January 20,
1972, passed Resolution No. 43155, granting a conditional
use as listed in Ordinance No. 6871, Article V, Section 1
(6) (c), to permit off-street parking on Lots 4, 5, 6,
and 7, of KARK ET SUBDIVISION (41-45) , in conjunction with
the operations of Miami Beach Air Transport, Inc. :•eing the
south side of N. W. llth Street west of LeJeune Road, for a
period of one (1) year, zoned R-3 (Low Density Multiple) ; and
WHEREAS, the Building Department reports that there
are no complaints and no traffic or parking problems in
evidence during the site inspectionet and
WHEREAS, the Building Department recommends the
continued Conditional Use to permit off-street parking;
NOW, SORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY t'HE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMlI , FLORIDA:

Section 1. That the Conditional Use as listed
in Ordinance No. 6871, Article V, Section 1 (6)(c), to

permit off-street parking on Lots 4, 5, 6, and 7, of
KARKEET SUBDIVISION (43-45), in conjunction with the operations
'of Miami Beach Air Transport Inc., being the south side of
N.W. llth Street west of LeJeune Road, for a period of six
(6) months, zoned R-3 (Low Density Multiple), be and the same
is hereby continued for a period of six (6) months, providing
for a review by the City Commission at that time.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of January, 1973.
