A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE PRELIMINARY ASSESS-
MENT ROLL FOR CONSTRUCTION OF S. E, 14 STREET
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4352 IN S. E. 14 STREET
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4352 AND REMOVING
ALL PENDING LIENS FOR THIS IMPROVEMENT NOT
CERTIFIED HEREBY.
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida,
met on the 25th day of January, 1973, pursuant to due legal
notice of said meeting under Section 56 of the City Charter,
to receive all written objections to the confirmation of
the preliminary assessment roll for the cost of S. E. 14
STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4352 in S. E. 14 STREET HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4352 on the following street:
S.E. 14 Street from South Miami Avenue to Brickell
Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, no objections thereto by any person interested
in, or affected by, said assessments were sustained by the
Commission, and said assessment roll appeared, in all res-
pects, regular and in accordance with the requirements and
provisions of the Charter of the City of Miami;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The prima facie assessments, as apportioned
and indicated on the preliminary assessment roll for S. E.
14 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4352 in S.E. 14 STREET
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4352 be, and they are hereby,
in all things, confirmed and sustained against any and•all
lots or parcels of ground described therein.

Section 2. The sums and amounts assessed against each
of the lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary assess-
ment roll are less than the amount that each of the said
lots or parcels of ground is especially benefited by said
improvement and that such amounts are in proportion to the
special benefits that the property received.
Section 3. The total assessable cost of the said S.E.
14 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4352 in S. E. 14 STREET
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4352 in the amount of $2,957.05
be, and the same is hereby approved and confirmed.
Section 4. Any pending lien in S. E. 14 STREET HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4352 for highway improvements not
appearing in the preliminary assessment roll and not certi-
fied hereby be, and the same is hereby, cancelled and removed.
