AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 7980,
ARTICLE XXV, BY DELETING PARAGRAPH
(61-A) IN ITS ENTIRETY, AND INSERTING
IN PLACE THEREOF PARAGRAPH 61-B); AND
BY REPEALING ALL LAWS IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the
City of Miami, at its meeting held on NovembcL 20, 1972,
passed and adopted by a 9 to 0 vote its Resolution No.
72-259, recommending granting an amendment to Ordinance
;:). 7980, as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
o ` THE CITY OF MIAMI , FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 7980, be and the
-;,rye is hereby amended by deleting Article XXV, Paragraph
YJ1-A) thereof in its entirety and inserting in place
thereof the following paragraph (61-B) :
"(61-B) 73rd Terrace, N. W., N. W.
2nd Avenue West approximately
340 feet to East boundary of
Tract B-1, "Revised Plat of
Le Bocage" 15'
Section 2. That all laws, or parts of laws,
it: conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed
in&iofar as they are in conflict.

Section 3. It is declared to be the legislative
intent of this body that if any section, subsection,
sentence, phrase or provision of this Ordinance is held
invalid, the remainder of the Ordinance shall not be
affected.

Gentlemen:
The Miami Planning Board, at its meeting of November 20, 1972, Item
#10, following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. 72-259
by a 9 to 0 vote recommending an amendment to Ordinance No. 7980,
deleting the following paragraph in its entirety:
(61-A) 73rd Terrace, N. W., N. W. 2nd Avenue West
approximately 340 feet to East boundary of
Tract B-1, "Revised Plat of Le Bocage" 15'
and inserting in place thereof the following paragraph:
(61-B) 73rd Terrace, N. W., N. W. 2nd Avenue West
approximately 340 feet to East boundary of
Tract B-1, "Revised Plat of Le Bocage" 15'
An Ordinance to provide for this Ordinance Amendment has been prepared
by the City Attorney's office and submitted for consideration of the
City Commission.
