A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF
FINANCE TO PAY TO MRS. DOROTHY A. POLADIAN,
A WIDOW, WITHOUT THE ADMISSION OF LIABILITY,
THE SUM OF $14.56 IN FULL AND COMPLETE
SETTLEMENT OF ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AGAINST
THE CITY OF MIAMI, UPON THE EXECUTION
OF A RELEASE RELEASING THE CITY OF MIAMI
FROM ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS.
WHEREAS, Mrs. Dorothy A. Poladian, -a Widow, filed
a claim against the City of Miami for damage incurred in
the amount of $14.56 for repairs to the window and screen
at her residence at 631 N. E. 72 Terrace, in the City of
Miami, broken during the course of activities by City Police
Officers on June 22, 1972; and
WHEREAS, this claim has been investigated by the office
of the City Attorney and said office recommends that this
claim be settled for the sun of $14.56;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to pay to Mrs. Dorothy A. Poladian,
without the admission of liability, the sum of $14.56
in full and complete settlement of all claims and demands
?gainst the City of Miami, upon the execution of a release
releasing the City of Miami from all claims and demands.
