A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR
OF FINANCE TO WRITE OFF CERTAIN ENUM-
ERATED CLAIMS AS UNCOLLECTIBLE: AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
ATTORNEY TO CLOSE THE FILES.
WHEREAS, the following claims by the City of Miami
against others are uncollectible:

WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Miami
to write off these claims as uncollectible and to close the files;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized
and directed to write off the claims as uncollectible and the
City Attorney is authorized and directed to close the files on
these claims.
