A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A FLOOR
AREA RATIO BONUS OF .05 MAKING
TOTAL FLOOR AREA RATIO OF 1.55
(1.50 PERMITTED), AS LISTED IN
ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE XI-2,
SECTION 5 (2) (b) , (c) , and (d) ;
FOR FRONTAGE, DEPTH AND GARAGE;
AND TO PERMIT PARKING ON DECK OF
ACCESSORY PARKING STRUCTURE AS PER
SECTION 9 (4), BEING THAT PART OF
LOTS 14 AND 15 WEST OF BAYSHORE DRIVE,
BLOCK 104S, BRICKELL ADD AMD (B-113) ,
LOCATED AT 999 BRICKELL AVENUE, ALL
AS PER PLANS ON FILE IN PLANNING BOARD
OFFICE, ZONED R-CB (RESIDENCE -OFFICE).
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board of
the City of Miami, at its meeting held on December 18,
1972, passed and adopted its Resolution No. 72-284, by
an 8 to 0 vote, recommending Petition for a Floor Area
Ration Bonus of .05 making total Floor Area Ratio of 1.55

(1.50 permitted), as listed in Ordinance No. 6871,
Article XI-2, Section 5 (2) (b) , (c) and (d) , as
hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Floor Area Ration Bonus
of .05 making total Floor Area Ratio of 1.55 (1.50
permitted), as listed in Ordinance No. 6871, Article XI-2,
Section 5 (2) (b) , (c) and (d) , for frontage, depth and
garage; and to permit parking on deck of accessory parking
structure as per Section 9 (4), being that part of
Lots 14 and 15 west of Bayshore Drive, Block 104S,
BRICKELL ADD AMD (8-113), located at 999 Brickell Avenue,
all as per plans on file in Planning Board office, zoned
R-CB (Residence -Office), be and the same is hereby granted.

The Miami Planning Board, at its meeting of December 18, 1972, Item
#9 (a), following an advertised Hearing adopted Resolution No. 72-284
by an 8 to 0 vote (one member absent, recommending Petition for a
Floor Area Ratio Bonus of .05 making total Floor Area Ratio of 1.55
(1.50 permitted), as listed in Ordinance No. 6871, ARTICLE XI-2,
Section 5 (2) (b), (c), (d); for frontage, depth and garage; and to
permit parking on deck of accessory parking structure as per Section
9 (4), being that part of Lots 14 and 15 west of Bayshore Drive,
Block 104S, BRICKELL ADD AMD (B-113), located at 999 Brickell Avenue,
all as per plans on file in Planning Board office, zoned R-CB
(Residence -Office).
One objection was received in the mail.
A RESOLUTION to provide for this Floor Area Ratio Bonus has been pre-
pared by the City Attorney's office and submitted for consideration
of the City Commission.
