LOADING BAYS, ON LOTS 6 THRU 19, BLOCK 2, KINLOCH PARK (11-35), LOCATED AT 10 N. W. 42ND AVENUE, PROPERTY ZONED C-2 (COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL), SUBJECT TO DEVELOPING OFF-STREET PARKING FOR EMPLOYEES ON LOTS 5 THRU 10, BLOCK 1, TWELFTH STREET MANORS 3RD SEC. (6-162), AND RECORDING A COVENANT ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY LAW DEPARTMENT TYING THIS PARKING LOT TO THE PROPOSED REPUBLIC NATIONAL BANK BUILDING. WITH STIPULATION OF ADITER.;NC E TO PARKING LOT LIGHTING ORDINANCE AND SITE PLAN APPROVAL & wibi i CA'ING APPROVAL BY TIIE P LANNI NC DEPARTMENT WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Miami, at its meeting of December 18, 1972, passed and adopted by a 7 to 1 vote its Resolution No. 72-283, recommending granting a variance from Ordinance No. 6871, Article XXIII, Sections 4 (23) and 7 (4), as hereinafter set forth; and this Commission deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami to grant this variance requested on the ground that due to peculiar circumstances affecting this parcel of land practical difficulties and unnecessary hardships would impair the owner's rights to some reasonable use of the property under a C-2 (Community Commercial) District. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the application for a variance from Ordinance No. 6871, Article XXIII, Sections 4 (23) and 7 (4), to permit construction of additional 5 stories, 4 making a total of 8 stories, on addition to Republic National Bank, waiving 54 of 185 required off-street parking spaces, and waiving 2 of 2 required off-street loading bays, on Lots 6 thru 19, Block 2, KI!LOCH PARK (11-35) , .located at 10 N. W. 42nd Avenue, property zoned C-2 (Community Commercial), subject to developing off-street parking for employees on Lots 5 thru 10, Block 1, TWELFTH STREET MANORS 3RD SEC. (6-162), and recording a covenant acceptable to the City Law Department tying this parking lot to the proposed Republic National Bank Building, be and the same is hereby granted...A. Section 2. This variance shall become null and void unless the use is commenced within six months of the effective date of this Resolution. Extension may be granted by the City Manager pursuant to the provisions of Article XXXI, Section 4, of Ordinance No. 6871. W. 42nd Avenue Lots 6 thru 19, Block 2, KINLOCH PARK (11-35) Applicant: Republic National Bank The Miami Planning Board, at its meeting of December 18, 1972, Item #8, following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. 72-283 by a 7_ to 1 vote (one member absent), recommending Variance from Ordinance No. 6871, ARTICLE XCIII, Sections 4 (23) and 7 (4) , to permit construction of additional 5 stories, making a total of 8 stories, on addition to Republic National Bank, waiving 54 of 185 required off-street parking spaces, and waiving 2 of 2 required off-street loading bays, on Lots 6 thru 19, Block 2, KINLOCH PARK (11-35), located at 10 N. W. 42nd Avenue, property zoned C-2 (Community commercial), subject to developing off-street parking for employees on Lots 5 thru 10, Block 1, TWELFTH STREET MANORS 3RD SEC.
