A RESOLUTION CLOSING, VACATING, ABANDONING
AND DISCONTINUING FOR PUBLIC USE N-S
AND E-W ALLEY ABUTTING LOTS 36 THRU 40
AND 50 THRU 57, BLOCK 2, POINTVIEW AMD
(2-93), IN CONJUNCTION AND ACCORDANCE
WITH TENTATIVE PLAT #843-A - "COSTA
BELLA DEVELOPMENT", SUBJECT TO RELOCATION,
ALTERATION OR INSTALLATION OF ANY
UTILITIES AND EASEMENTS, AND SUBJECT
TO RECORDING FORMAL PLAT.

WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the
City of Miami, at its meeting held on December 18, 1972,
passed and adopted by a 8 to 0 vote its Resolution No.
72-277, recommending the closing, vacating, abandoning
and discontinuing for public use N-S and E-W Alley abutting
Lots 36 thru 40 and 50 thru 57, Block 2, POINTVIEW AMD
(2-93), in conjunction and accordance with Tentative Plat
#843-A - "COSTA BELLA DEVELOPMENT" , as hereinafter set
forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the N-S and E-W Alley abutting
Lots 36 thru 40 and 50 thru 57, Block 2, POINTVIEW AMD
(2-93), in conjunction and accordance with Tentative Plat
#843-A - "COSTA BELLA DEVELOPMENT", subject to relocation
alteration or installation of any utilities and easements,

be and the same is hereby closed, vacated, abandoned
and discontinued for public use, subject to recording
formal plat.

Applicant: Costa Bella Development
The Miami Planning Board, at its meeting of December 18, 1972, Item
#2, following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. 72-277
by an 8 to 0 vote (one member absent) recommending Vacation and
Closure of N-S and E-W Alley abutting Lots 36 thru 40 and 50 thru
57, Block 2, POINTVIEW AMD (2-93), in conjunction and accordance
with Tentative Plat #843-A - "COSTA BELLA DEVELOPMENT".
No objections were received in the mail.
A RESOLUTION to provide for this. Alley Closure has been prepared
by the City Attorney's office and submitted for consideration of
the City Commission.
