A RESOLUTION GRANTING A "CONDITIONAL
USE" AS PROVIDED IN ORDINANCE NO. 6871,
ARTICLE XVI, SECTION 1 (17) (a), TO
PERMIT A PAINT AND BODY SHOP ON TRACT
A, SINCLAIR SUB (66-30), LOCATED AT
5890 N. W. 7TH AVENUE, ZONED C-4
(GENERAL COMMERCIAL).
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board of the
City of. Miami, at its meeting held on December 18, 1972,
passed and adopted by a 9 to 0 vote its Resolution No.
72-273, recommending granting a "conditional use" as
provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article XVI, Section 1
(17) (a) , as hereinafter set forth; and this Commission
deems it advisable to the public convenience and welfare
and finds that the use will not be detrimental or injurious
" to the character of the development of the immediate
neighborhood;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the application for a "conditional
use" as provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article XVI, Section
1 (17) (a), to permit a Paint and Body Shop on Tract A,
SINCLAIR SUB, (66-30), located at 5890 N. W. 7th Avenue,

zoned C-4 (General Commercial), be and the same is hereby
granted.

Gentlemen:
The Miami Planning Board, at its meeting of December 4, 1972, Item
#10, following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. 72-273
by a 9 to 0 vote recommending "Conditional Use" as listed in
Ordinance No. 6871, ARTICLE XVI, Section 1 (17) (a), to permit a
Paint and Body Shop on Tract A, SINCLAIR SUB (66-30), located at
5890 N. W. 7th Avenue, zoned C-4 (General Commercial).
No objections were received in the mail.
A RESOLUTION to provide for this "Conditional Use" has been prepared
by the City Attorney's office and submitted for consideration of the
City Commission.
