A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID RECEIVED FROM
ADDRESSOGRAPH MULTIGRAPH CORP. FOR FURNISH-
ING A TOTAL COPY SYSTEM FOR USE BY THE PRINT
SHOP OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC PROPERTIES
AT A TOTAL COST OF $31,234.57; AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO INSTRUCT
THE PURCHASING DEPARTMENT TO ISSUE A PURCHASE
ORDER FOR THIS EQUIPMENT AFTER FIRST DETERMIN-
ING THAT FUNDS PROVIDED FOR THIS PURCHASE ARE
AVAILABLE IN THE 1974-75 BUDGET.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Public Notice, sealed bids were
received November 14, 1974 for furnishing a Total Copy System
for use by the Print Shop of the Department of Public Properties;
and
WHEREAS, invitations were mailed to ten (10) potential
suppliers and one (1) bid was received as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid received from ADDRESSOGRAPH
MULTIGRAPH CORP. for furnishing a Total Copy System for use

REMARKS:
by the Print Shop of the Department of Public Properties at a
total cost of $31,234.57 be, and is hereby, accepted.
Section 2. The City Manager be, and is hereby,
authorized and directed to instruct the Purchasing Department
to issue a Purchase Order for this equipment after first
determining that funds provided for this purchase are available
in the 1974-75 budget.
