A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO RE -PAY TO THE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT FUND THE SUM OF $/25, 000
AFTER THE SALE OF BONDS FROM THE 1972
POLICE FACILITIES BOND ISSUE; SAID FUNDS
ESTIMATED TO BE AVAILABLE IN MARCH, 1975.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the finance director is hereby
authorized and directed to re -pay to the capital improve-
ment fund the sum of $475,000 after the sale of bonds
from the 1972 Police Facilities Bond Issue; said funds
estimated to be available in March, 1975.
