ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER
DECEMBER 31, 1974
USUAL CLOSING TIME.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3-8(h) of the Miami City
Code, the Commission may extend the hours of sale of alcoholic
beverages on special occasions; and
WHEREAS, Tuesday, December 24, 1974 and Tuesday December
31, 1974 are the Tuesdays before two of the biggest holidays;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OP MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Commission hereby extends the hours of
sale of alcoholic beverages on Tuesday, December 24, 1974
and Tuesday, December 31, 1974 for one hour after the usual
closing time.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17 day of DECEMBER , 1974.
