RESOLUTION NO.74-1380
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID RECEIVED
FROM PARAMOUNT CONCESSIONS, INC. FOR
THE RIGHT TO SERVE 'tilE PUBLIC THROUGH
THE SALE OF FOOD, BEVERAGE AND NOVELTY
CONCESSIONS IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY
AT TEE 1975 ORANGE BOWL PARADE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Public Notice, sealed bids
were received November 25, 1974 for furnishing concession rights
to the 1975 Orange Bowl Parade; and
WHEREAS, the bid of Paramount Concessions, Inc. was
the5ne and only bid received, and the City Manager recommends
that this bid be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE ZTY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid received from Paramount Concessions,
Inc. for the right to serve the public through the sale of food,
beverage and novelty concessions in the public right-of-way at
the 1975 Orange Bowl Parade be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17 day of DECEMBER
