A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE RETIREMENT BOARD OF THE MIAMI CITY
EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM AND PLAN
FOR THE TERM EXPIRING DECEMBER 13, 1976
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2230, establishing a Retire -
went System, provides for administration of the Retirement
System by a Retirement Board, two members of which are ap-
pointed by the City Commission; and
WHEREAS, the current term of office of one such
member, Fred D. Harder, has expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. In accordance with the provisions of Para-
graph C, Subsection 1, Section 5 of Ordinance No. 2230 of the
City of Miami, adopted December 6, 1939, as amended, relating
to appointment of members of the Retirement Board of the Miami
City Employees' Retirement System and Plan, effective December 13,
1974, FRED D. HARDER be and he is
hereby appointed a member of the Retirement Board of the Miami
City Employees' Retirement System and Plan for the term expiring
December 13, 1976, or until the Retirement System and the Retire-
ment Plan are separated into separate entities at an earlier date.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17 day of DECEMBER , 1974.
