RESOLUTION NO. 74-1375
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE POLICY OP THE
CITY COMMISSION THAT THE CITY MANAGER SHALL
ESTABLISH SALARY LEVELS FOR THE UNCLASSIFIED
SERVICE OF THE CITY WITH THE CITY COMMISSION
RESERVING TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ESTABLISH
SALARIES FOR THE CITY MANAGER, ASSISTANT
CITY MANAGERS, CITY A .k)RNEY, ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
OF THE DEPARTMENT OF L:.W, ASSISTANT CITY ATTOR-
NEYS, CITY CLERKS AND EXECUTIVE SECRETARY OF
THE CIVIL SERVICE BOARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:

Section 1. That the policy of the City Commission
is hereby established that the City Manager shall establish
salary levels for the unclassified service of the City with
the City Commission reserving to itself the right to establish
salaries for the City Manager, Assistant City Managers, City
,Attorney, Assistant Director of the Department of Law,
Assistant City Attorneys, City Clerks and Executive Secretary
of the Civil Service Board.
