A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
A WASTE COLLECTION LICENSE TO RAFAEL &
ROBERTO TRASH SERVICE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 7434 (May 26, 1966) as amended
by Ordinance No. 7551 (April 17, 1967) provides detailed re-
quirements for the issuance of a City of Miami Waste Collection
License; and

WHEREAS, it appears that RAFAEL & ROBERTO TRASH SERVICE
have-zepplied for such a license and have met, or stated under oath
that they will meet, within the required period of time, the re-
quirements of said ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
iE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the License Division, Finance De-
partment, City of Miami, is hereby authorized to issue a
Waste Collection License to RAFAEL & ROBERTO TRASH SERVICE.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17 day of DECEMBER
1974.
