RESOLUTION NO. 74'`1361
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE HIGHWAY RIGHT OF
WAY DEED EXECUTED BY COCONUT GROVE BANK ON
SEPTEMBER 10, 1974, CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF
MIAMI A COMBINED TOTAL OF APPROXIMATELY
1,454 SQUARE PEET OF LAND CONTAINED IN A
CONTIGUOUS, MEAN 4-FOOT WIDE STRIP ALONG THE
SOUTHEASTERLY SIDE OF LOTS 36, 37 AND 38 OF DAY
GROVE TERR., AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9 AT
PAGE 180, AND OF TRACT 1, HOUSER SUB., AS RE-
CORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28 AT PAGE 50, OF THE
PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND
DIRECTING THE PROPER OFFICIAL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI TO RECORD SAME IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF
DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, approximately 1,454 square feet of land
contained in a mean 4-foot strip is needed along the northwesterly
side of South Bayshore Drive running southwesterly from the
northwest corner of S.W. 27th Avenue and South Bayshore Drive
for the South Bayshore Drive Highway Improvement; and
WHEREAS, the owner, Coconut Grove Bank, has executed
and delivered to the City a Highway Right of Way Deed, dated
September 10, 1974, ass:hereinaCteredet forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Highway Right of Way Deed executed
by Coconut Grove Bank on September 10, 1974, conveying to the
City of Miami a Combined total of approximately 1,454 square
feet of land contained in a contiguous-4, mean 4-foot wide stip
along the southeasterly side of Lots 36, 37 and 38 of Day
Grove Terr., as recorded in Plat Book 9, at Page 180, and of
Tract 1, HOUSER SUB., as recorded in Plat Book 28 at Page 50
of the PublicaRecords of Dade County,, Florida, be and the
same is hereby accepted.

Section 2. The proper official of the City of Miami
be and he is hereby authorized and directed to record the
aforementioned right of way deed in the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
