RESOLUTION NO. _ 741348
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED
OMNI INTERNATIONAL, A SUBDIVISION IN THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AND ACCEPTING THE
DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT, SUBJECT
TO COMPLYING WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF CHAP-
TER 54, SECTION 54-20, OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, CHAPTER 28 OF THE
CODE OF METROPOLITAN DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AND STATE LAW; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT-
ING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO EX-
ECUTE THE PLAT.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Board has recommended
the acceptance of the plat; and
WHEREAS, on April 20, 1972, the City Commission
passed and adopted Resolution No. 72-112,closing for public
use that portion of Northeast Sixteenth and Northeast Seventeenth
Streets between Biscayne Boulevard and Northeast Bayshore
Drive, subject to meeting all platting requirements and sub-
ject to recording a formal plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The plat entitled Omni International,
being a replat of replat of a portion of Nelson Villa Amended,
P.B. 56, P. 69; and portions of Biscayne Park Addition, P.B. 2,
P. 24; Amended Plat of Biscayne Park Addition, P.B. 4, P. 22;
Rice and Sullivan Subdivision, P. B. 4, P. 64; Third Amend-
ed Map of Miramar, P.B. 5, P. 4; Miramar Plaza, P. B. 33,
P. 18; together with those portions of Northeast sixteenth
Street and Northeast Seventeenth Street lying within the
boundaries of this plat, all being in fractional Section 31,
T. 53 S., R. 42 E., City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, which
by reference is made a part hereof as if fully incorporated

REMARKS:
herein and the dedicatior4t as shown thereon together with
all existing and future plantings, trees, and shrubbery on
said property, to the perpetual use of the public be and the
same are hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami,
Florida, subject to complying with the requirements of Chap-
ter 54, Section 54-20, of the Code of the City of Miami,
Florida, Chapter 28 (subdivisions) of the Code of Metropol-
itan Dade County, Florida, and state plat filing laws.
Section 2. Of all other requirements of state law
concerning the posting of a performance bond for the construc-
tion of improvements, that portion pertaining to the main-
tenance of said improvements is hereby expressly waived.
Section 3. The requirements of state law concern-
ing the showing of grades of rights -of -way on the plat are
hereby expressly waived.
Section 4. The city manager and city clerk, both
of the City of Miami, Florida, are hereby authorized and direc-
ted to execute the plat.
