COMPDETINO A CITY CONVENTION MOVIE`
PROVIDING AN 8PPECTIVE DATE'
:WHEREAS, $5,000,00 was formerly budgetedthe
197.4,-7 5 Budget
for a City Convention Movie; and.
WHEREAS, it is often necessary to shoot film at
the last moment in order to keep the film up to date and '
funds were unexpended; and
WHEREAS, bids were received by the city clerk on
September 27, 1974:for completion of .the movie;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section,l. Appropriations Ordinance No. 8316.is
hereby amended by appropriating $5,000.00 from the Department
of Publicity and Tourism fund balance for the purpose of com-
pleting a City Convention Movie.
Section 2. The provisions of this ordinance shall
become .effective on JANUARY 16 ,1y75
PASSED ON first reading by title only this 21 day
