WHEREAS, Ordinances No. 7881 and No, 7882 were
declared null and void by a Court Order of Judge David
Goodhart, Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit,.
Dade County, Florida;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:'
Section 1. Ordinance No. 7881 and No. 7832
wherein "Check Cashing Services" were established be, and
are hereby, deleted from the Code of the City of Miami,
Florida in their entirety.
Section 2. All Ordinances, or parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. The provisions of this Ordinance shall
become effective on' JANUARY 16, 1975
