RESOLUTION No. 744340
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY CLERK TO ENTER
INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH FRANK J. COBO, TO
SERVE AS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO THE
MAYOR; EXTENDING AN AGREEMENT WHICH WAS
PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED BY RESOLUTION No.
73-983, PASSED AND ADOPTED ON DECEMBER 13,
1973; AND EXECUTED ON JANUARY 7, 1974.
SAID EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT TO BE AT AN
ANNUAL COMPENSATION OF $15,400.00
WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted Resolution No. 73-983
on December 13, 1973, authorizing the entering into of an agree-
ment between Frank J. Cobo and the City of Miami, wherein Frank
J. Cobo would be retained as Administrative Assistant to the
Mayor; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires that the services of
Frank J. Cobo be retained for an additional term;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
O7MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with
Frank J. Cobo, to serve as Administrative Assistant to the Mayor,
extending an agreement which was previously authorized by Resolu-
tion No. 73-983, passed and adopted on December 13, 1973, and
Said extension of agreement to be at
executed on January 7, 1974. an annual compensation of $15,400.00
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2 day of DECEMBER , 1974.
