RESOLUTION NO. 74.1330
A CESOLUTtON ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORD PER-
FORMED BY BISCAYNE CONSTRUCTION, INC. AT A
TOTAL COST OF $16►393.28 AND AUTHORIZING A
FINAL PAYMENT OF $1,639.33 FOR THE LEGION PARK
- COMMUNITY BUILDING ALTERATIONS - 1974.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated August 2, 1974
between the City of Miami and Biscayne Construction, Inc.;
and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Biscayne Construction, Inc. has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor, materials,
etc., have been paid in full in connection with the afore-
said contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made
to the Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Biscayne
Construction, Inc. for the LEGION PARK - COMMUNITY BUILDING
ALTERATIONS - 1974 be, and is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The proper officials of The City of Miami
are hereby authorized and directed to pay Biscayne Construc-
tion, Inc. a balance of $1,639.33 as full and final payment
for all work performed and all materials furnished in con-
nection with the LEGION PARK - COMMUNITY BUILDING
ALTERATIONS 1974.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2 day of DECEMBER
1974.
