RESOLUTION NO. .74-1519
A RESOLUTION CLOSING, VACATING, ABANDONING
AND DISCONTINUING THE PUBLIC USE OF N.W.
21ST TERRACE BETWEEN N.W. 12TH AND 13TH
AVENUES IN ACCORDANCE WITH TENTATIVE PLAT
#917 "TAVILLA", SUBJECT TO RELOCATION,
ALTERATION OR INSTALLATION OF ANY UTILITIES
AND EASEMENTS, AND SUBJECT TO RECORDING FORMAL
PLAT.
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of
November 4, 1974, following an advertised Hearing, adopted
Resolution No. ZB 175-74 by a 6 to 0 vote (one member absent),
recommending the official vacation and closure of N.W. 21st
Terrace between N.W. 12th and 13th Avenues, in accordance with
Tentative Plat #917 - "TAVILLAK.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That N.W. 21st Terrace between N.W. 12th
and 13th Avenues, in accordance with Tentative Plat #917 -
"TAVILLAK, be and the same.. -is hereby closed, vacated, abandoned
and discontinued for public use, subject to relocation,
alteration or installation of any utilities and easements, and
subject to recording formal plat.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2 day of DECEMBER , 1974
